Cannot Monitor agent anymore on Vicidial

Good evening,

My supervisory tool "LISTEN" form the "Real Time Main Report" isn't functioning anymore, whereas I've got something new and which is working is the "BARGE" function.

Can somebody help me please to sort it out so as I can have the "LISTEN" function back again as it is not the same as "BARGE".

I must also make you aware that I'm not a genius on the IT side but I understand part of it.

Should you need any details, please show me how to get them out and I will post everything to help you help me...lol.

First of all, are you restarting every night? We normally recommend it. Also in future, try and post your installation method/version/svn and that would be great.

Secondly, if you are running a vicibox install, can you please run 'sudo netstat -tulpn | grep LISTEN' and post the results. My experience with issues with Barge and Listen are due to ip_relay not working properly. Are you on a virtual server?
