Local Agent Warm Transfer Option

Currently we are using the local agent transfer option to send warm transfers to a closer group.
Agents select the closer from a list of available closers and click local agent to initiate the transfer.

I would like to know if there was an option so that the agent could only select the closer that has been waiting the longest.
We want the agent to be able to 3 way conference the local closer but not be able to choose the closer

yes, just add your closers to an ingroup called "closers" and make that your default closer group in the detail view of your campaign as shown below:

as per my understanding you need to transfer to the closer agents who has been waiting longest,
not sure there is a option to list those agents , but you can display the agent status of particular group within AGENT panel.

the options is "Agent Status Viewable Groups" under USER GROUPS.
Create a separate Usergroup for the closer agents, and select this group in Agent Status Viewable Groups: of the normal agents user groups.

in agent panel on right right side you see all the agent status of the Selected group., how long there are ideal, are they are in call, pause, ready with colors.
based on this status, you can select the closer agent who is ideal for long time....

Carpenox; so is creating a closer group called closers different from just using the Agent Direct Ingroup?

Striker; it looks like the agent waiting the longest is listed on top, BUT the fronter still has the option to select any agent they want.

Basically we have a Mortgage Fronters with Loan Officer Closers. We want the Loan Officer Closers to have an equal opportunity for leads, thats why we the closer waiting the longest to get the call. However we want the Fronter to already know the closers name and that there is an available closer. Seeing the list of closers and who is available is great I just dont want the fronters to be able to choose who gets the transfer themselves

yes with tyhe agent direct they will be able to choose who they want, with a closer ingroup it will just go to next closer specified in the ingroup(longest wait) etc
