Press 1 CID Callback

Hi guys,

We've successfully got the press 1 CID callback option working.

However, does anyone know how we can have that message appear every 90 seconds? Or have it give you the option at 90 seconds, than one more time at 240 seconds?

Is this possible?

combine wait options with hold time options for the ingroup....should work

Pretty sure I've tried that but it's confusing.

Okay so an update,

I can get the press 1 CID callback working when I set the parameters for Wait Time Option.

What I really want is for the callback option to be played at 2 specific times.

When I set Estimated Hold Time Option also to CID callback it makes no difference.

It only seems to play the message once.

Any ideas?

Okay so are some testing back and forth we got it working.

Now, for some strange reason after you choose to be called back, it NEVER calls you back.

I've checked the list and it goes into the list but the call status says either WAITTO or INBND?

Has something gone wrong?
