Hopper Levels won't go below 100

Hello
is there any way we can disable or lower the hopper level to say 20 numbers and still keep the predictive method
as we only have 2 agents on the phones our retry times are never correct and im thinking its due to the hopper level more so when one agent gets stuck on the phone for a while talking

if any one has any other ideas rather than the hopper please say so we might be just thinking its the hopper

our retry times are

AA 4100
AB 900
B 900
DAIR 25199
DC 25199
DROP 25199
N 4100
NA 4100

Go to the detail view of the campaign and try to change it to these settings:

it still goes to the default of 100 we had the same settings as you already
