I see inside the database that for every action vicidial inputs different queryCID from the php scripts.. Is there a purpose of why this is done ? can you please explain what this is used for?

That is how calls and actions are tracked within Asterisk. It is a unique identifier for most actions.

i understand.. can you please give me a brief idea of what exacly looks for the unique IDs or what parts of vicidial track them?

It is used all over the place, in many places the last 10 digits comprise the leadID and it is used to identify the lead.
