I would like to know if I do not use any PRI card or sangoma device, Do I need DAHDI and LibPri to be present in the vicidial system environment?
If so, please let me know the significance and architecture where DAHDI & libpri is acting as a building block.
Thanks!

yes, dahdi controls the meetme channels which connects your audio from the server/agent to the customer and libpri is also a requirement

So here dahdi no longer performing any physical/hardware task and rather doing some virtual-hardware type function or software kind of thing right?

dahdi controls the meetme conferences, which are the vicidial conferences.
