All installation and configuration problems and questions

We are new to Vicidial and we cannot figure out how to access the call recordings. Where would they be? Should we be able to access them through the administration screens? It looks like they should be accessable at the bottom of the user stats screen but in the recordings area there are file names but no locations. If it matters, we are using ViciDial with TrixBox and FreePBX.

The recordings are not accessible by web interface. You can get to them in the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory.
