DEAD Status in Real Time Main Report with 3 Way Call

Postby pmlb » Wed May 22, 2019 5:56 pm

Hi,

This is my first post in this forum, I'm not very good with English, but I hope you can understand me.

I have two VICIdial with different version described below.

During three way call, if the first people in contact hangs up the call, the system takes the reference of it and places the DEAD Status in the Real Time Main Report, even if the call of the second contact is active.

If I click on the first hang up button, all calls are hung.

If I set the option Dead Call Max Seconds to 10 seconds to test, after 10 seconds all calls are hung.

Any idea of how to click on the hang up button and finish the first call and continue with the second one that in the Real Time Main Report the status instead of DEAD is INCALL

Thanks!

The agent transfer-conf pane should have a "leave 3-way call" button to allow the transferred call to continue and remove the agent from the call.

Thanks William for your answer,

But that don't work, I just wanna closed the main phone call with the DEAD status. The "leave 3-way call" button remove the agent from the call in the transfer-conf pane but i want to keep the call with the agent.

I was try too with "Hang up Xfer Line" and "Hang up Both Lines" buttons and if i try with the button "Hang up Customer" every call is closed.

there's a link at the bottom of the agent screen which shows a list of channels in the meetme room. each channel has a kill button. 8-)

Greetings, regarding what pmlb comments.

The refers to the fact that when a conference is in progress, if the first call of the conference hangs up, the agent takes a dead state even with the xfer-3way call active.

VICIdial team, I understand that this is produced because the xfer-3way calls are not registered in the vicidial_auto_calls table, this causing the agent to go to the dead state.

Is there any solution for this?

What version of Vicidial are you using?

PS: There are two entities here: The Vicidial Group (owners of this site and the software suite named VICIdial) and PoundTeam Incorporated (where I work: I provide free support on this forum when my employer permits, unrelated to The Vicidial Group aside from the fact that we provide support for their Flagship Product that has changed the Call Center world immensely).
