Custom reports on vicidial

Can anybody suggest how to create a custom report on vicidial where i can pull the below mentioned.
agent name
Total login hrs
Total calls taken
Total Break time
dispo
dispo category

why not use the agent or team performance detail reports?

It Dose not contain the dispo category. I want dispo category in the report

ah ok, then you would need to figure out the proper mysql query and put it on a php page you can link to custom reports
