Open source - Doubts

While thinking of deployment got the following doubts. Can anybody help me understanding the following..
1. Open source edition will collect my data, once it is rolled out, by any means?
2. Does support team from vicidial will support without any commercials or do I need to buy the support
3. Is the support available 24X7, if I purchased the support plan?
