problem with load balancing

There are several suitable screens on:

What could be wrong with the above CLI output. Im trying to setup loadbalancing. I followed the loadbalance.txt doc. When the agent and phone logs in the is no >>> "your the only person in this conference" prompt. I am sure that there is a conference and vicidial conference for that server. Pls help. Thanks

i belive there is some dial plan issue with your config

so kindly post both the server setup with config files.

Dear sir,

It worked already. apparently i registered the phone to the 2nd asterisk server instead of the 1st server. I registered the phone to the 1st server and it worked. Thank you for the prompt reply. Cheers!
