How to update information on existing list

Hi,
Can someone please help me to update an existing list where I need to add new information into an existing list on vicidial?

My configurations are as follows:
SERVER + DESCRIPTION IP ACT LOAD CHAN AGNT DISK OUTBOUND INBOUND

just click Lists then "Load new leads", then select the list you want to add it to as shown here with 999
