SURVEY INBOUND CALLS

Hello I am trying to configure a survey inbound call but my attempts was failed

I try to make the configuration of this way:
1.- Enable campaign and inbound number. I received call without problems
2.- Enable Allowed Transfer Groups to transfer the call to the survey group
3. Create call menu. This is operative
4.- Configure survey group and enable "After Call Survey", "After Call Survey Accept Filename", "After Call Survey Accept Digit","After Call Question Filename" and "After Call End Call Menu" (in the in group to will be transfer)

In my test is received the call without problems and i make the transfer without problems too. The option "After Call End Call Menu" play the audio and after press 1 to make the After Call Survey Accept Digit but when i make this the follow audio not work and i am waiting for hear the call menu.

My understanding is audio only not playing. Please check with cli and audio format is correct one. Else upload the format as 8000Hx, 16 bit and mono. wav format.

During voice not played time, capture asterisk cli and share.
