Help - Agent Screen with ViciPhone and Agent API

We have installed vicidial cluster and I need some paid help with configuring some options per below:

1. Make sure viciphone is configured correctly - we would also like to customize the design
2. Customize an agent dashboard via AGENT and NONE AGENT API
