We have a requirement where we have to call some customers from a campaign and route the call to specific users/group. That can be possible in owner only dialing in manual mode. But we are looking for a auto dialing with 1:1 ratio.
There is any way to achieve this .

Specifically "Owner Only Dialing" only works in Manual Dial mode. Trying to auto-dial on a per-user basis is much more complex and usually results in a much higher level of dropped calls. That said, we've had clients use the existing Agent Multi-Campaign auto-dial features to achieve a similar goal before, using separate lists and in-groups for each user,

We are currently using this but the problem is, we are handling with 10 language per LOB and we are ending with 40 campaigns. So looking for some thing where all the language campaigns can be run like a single campaign with different list based on language or mapped with user. then it will be easy to handle for admin and users.
