sip no audio when using external IP

Hello,

Good Day! I am New here but I always read this forum everytime I am having issue and helps a lot. Now I Need help with my VICIDial v10. The server is accessible public and working properly using WEBrtc however SIP phone/softphone using public IP is not working there is no voice.

ViciBox v.10.0.0 210901

edit this on my sip.conf

Settings on my router port forward ports to my server

Everytime I am calling using softphone using external IP i got this error

Hi,

Please Set RTP Debug and look all packets are sent and Got.

If you execute - rtp set debug on , then you can find solution taht is like IP is blocked or open that means received or not.

Thank you for your reply, I was able to resolve my issue by disabling the SIP ALG on my router.

SIP phone is now working however I still get the warning message.
