1) If you post another comment on a thread that has no other responses on it yet, it looks (to phpBB) as if YOU answered the question. Thus, those of us who pay attention to topics which have not yet been answered will ... skip this one and move on to the next. Can delay your response.

2) If you do not need outbound autodial, you could (should?) be using asterisk. Asterisk can be installed with or without an interface. FreePBX (for instance) is available as a front-end for asterisk in many different distros (installers). Asterisk's queue system is adept at managing inbound calls.

3) You should provide all the relevent settings for the ingroup in question.

4) If you think the behavior is an Asterisk problem ... Specifically post the "Asterisk Version" ...
* llisted in /etc/astguiclient.conf
* as the result of "asterisk -V"
* Shown in each server's "Admin->Servers" field for asterisk version.

5) If the asterisk version in astguiclient.conf presently or at installation did not include the ".X" required (eg: 11.X or 13.X) and only included the main version number (eg: 11 or 13), then it's possible you need to fix that and run perl install.pl from the /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk folder again with copy sample conf files = Y so the proper .conf files are copied. Earlier bugs in the installer would often leave off the .X and the perl script would copy the "default" conf files instead of the proper ones. Be sure you keep copies of any modified .conf files so you can modify the new ones in the same way.
