MULTI_LEAD on manual dial campaign

Hi,

A client wants to be able to reset alternative numbers if the main number is dispositioned as DNC. Reason being some of those alternative numbers may be company numbers and they don't want to DNC those as well in case they need to reach other leads at the same company.

This needs to happen on a manual dial campaign otherwise I would have tried using MULTI_LEAD on ratio dial.

Any ideas? Or maybe forum links i might have missed?

1) "reset" alternative numbers? What do you mean by this?

2) "otherwise I would have tried using Multi-Lead" ... what makes you think MULTI-LEAD won't work for manual dial? Have you tried?

3) Of course, dispo_call_url would allow a custom script to match almost any need you may have. But I'd like to hear the responses to 1 & 2 before suggesting the sledgehammer.
