Does anyone know what does Human Clicker / Quarter Back mode in outbound dialing means?

A "human clicker" is a perceived workaround for the U.S.A. TCPA law against auto-dialers. It means a human is sitting at a computer clicking on their mouse continuously and with every click a call is being dialed so the system can act like an auto-dialer without the system determining the rate of dialing. And no, VICIdial does not have this feature.

The closest thing Vici has would be manual dial mode combined with the system setting to disable autodialing.
