Mysql connect Error: Too Many Connections

Hello Everyone

Hope all are doing well.

We are facing an issuee with the Mysql connect Error: Too Many Connections with our cluster setup with 1 DB and 6 Asterisk + Web server with agent around 100. DO we need to have some tunning at database server?


Below is the server spec

DB Server
Processor : AMD Epyc 7313 - 16c/ 32 t - 3GHz / 3.7GHz
Memory : 64 GB DDR4 ECC 3200MHz
Storage : 4 x 960 GB SSD SATA Hard RAID

Asterisk + Web servers
Processor : Intel Xeon-E 2388G - 8c/16t - 3.2GHz/4.6GHz
Memory : 32GB DDR4 ECC
Storage : 2x HDD SATA 4TB

1) Thanks for including your installation and version information!

2) What do you have for the my.cnf max connections?

cat /etc/my.cnf | grep max

4000 is a nice number for that on an enterprise system.

3) As this is obviously not "general discussion", but a Support request, I'll go ahead and move the thread to the proper board.
