survey not playing msg

Good Morning i set up a campaign to play and audio then if the customer press 1 it will be xfer to the agent but it make the outbound call to me but when i pick up the call it does not play any msg it simply drops the call after 2 seconds i try a couple of different audio thinking the format might be wrong or something but i also never in the asterisk call logs that should msg that is being played i set the verbose level to 3

i create the file in in mp3 then i converted the audio in g711.org

i choose standard definition "16-bit WAV (8Khz, Mono, 16-Bit PCM)"

nowhere does it mention even playing a media of any kind I know I setup surveys before on vicibox 6 and 8 but for some reason I think I am missing something NEW to let it

is this something bad or is this normal

First priority runs the agi script. Second priority waits two seconds. Third hangs up. Third should never happen if the channel is valid. If the channel is in fact valid, it will switch from "local" to something else and the vicidial scripting will jump in and move the process along. Third priority never fires in that case.

Have you upgraded this server? Made any other adjustments that could have altered the way the core works?

Also if I recall some of the more recent asterisk versions require a second "silence" line in them to allow switching to occur for AMD and (perhaps) for Survey.
