Hi ,
this is my first time encountering this issue since I meet vicidial,
It's weird dialing on predictive our recording is way too long than the original. Ex. the calls only 3 mins then the reports and recording in USER STATS show 6 minutes.
1 minute calls show about 3 minutes on reports and sometimes 4 seconds calls give 7 minutes on reports
but when dialing using manual dial is fine. the 2 mins of call the recording also is 2 minutes.
any idea?

Have you listened to the recordings? Note that the called party may not terminate the call, and then the call will continue until they do hang up unless you have set the controls in the campaign/call menu/ingroup/etc to terminate the call after a specific amount of time.
