Undo callbacks move/Purge? or Find Lead ID's

Postby atkins513 » Tue Jun 28, 2022 9:01 pm

I was moving leads from a user callback to a call list under bulk callbacks move and apparently the purge buttons were also checked. It said it was transferring 102 leads above, then below also said it was purging 102 leads from the callback tables, which makes sense if its removing them from the callbacks, and then putting them into a list. So I moved forward, and now all 102 IMPORTANT callbacks are gone. Not to be found under the list and or located anywhere. Is there anyway to track all the lead ID's that were moved, or UNDO the action entirely?

Thanks

Grab yesterday's SQL backup. Restore it into a different server (or a database NOT named "asterisk" if you're brave enough to do this on the same server). Then check the callbacks table. You can dump the table and then apply the dump to your live asterisk database and all those callbacks will have miraculously reappeared.

Alternately, you can check the table (as carpenox pointed out) that you move these leads to, assuming they aren't now mixed in with 100000 other leads.

You can also check the logs for the days in question to see if the result of CALLBK will provide a viable list (export calls report).
