It's actually part of the source code when Meetme is compiled in Asterisk, not a traditional sound file, it's very hard to change it. The actual source filename that it came from is "leave.gsm" and can be found in the source "sounds" directory.

If you turn off the leave sound (by using "q" option when entering the meetme room), you also turn off the Entry sound. But that would do the trick. Modify extensions.conf and update the extension that is used to enter the meetme room. If you're not sure which one it is, you can watch the asterisk command line during a login.

youcan NOT get rid of the hangup sound without disabling all sounds in the entire system. It is built into asterisk when compiling it(turning it from the source code into an executable program) and therefore can NOT be removed. Matt is currently working on a possible solution but its not ready yet and may not be ready for months as Im pretty sure its part of the next asterisk version altered for vicidial such as asterisk-18.22.2-vici
Sorry to burst your bubble, but it just isnt gonna happen bud.
