Strange Time Synchronization Problem

I am getting "There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator" error.
Tried all the solutions mentioned here

In Report I can see the first box has no time.



After I run /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_update.pl

I see there is time difference. The time in the first row is stuck



I checked timedatectl, updated time zone in PHP and Database, checked and synchronized NTP

Asterisk Version: 13.29.2-vici
Dahdi Version: 3.2.0-rc1

Kindly help me to fix this problem
