Real time report stats doesnt match Inbound/Outbound Report

Postby streetboy » Wed Aug 31, 2022 6:06 pm

We have a cluster of 3. 2 telephony and 1 WEB & DB. All dedicated, scratched installed on Alma.
VERSION: 2.14-859a
BUILD: 220623-0824
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3611
DB Schema Version: 1662

The problem is that a the start of the shift everything works fine. But lets say after 2 hours into production, real times stats start to deviate from the numbers in the reports.

Stage 1:
In the real time report, the dropped calls would be 70 but when we fetch data from Inbound/Outbound Reports dropped calls will be 100

Stage 2:
After 2 hours, in real-time report the number of dropped calls will fall from 70 to 50. And in the IB/OB report the number of dropped calls will be 120.

Stage 3:
After another hour or so, in real time report the stats will jump back to there actual number.

Stage 4:
The numbers will keep jumping up and down during the whole shift.

Stage 5:
At the end of shift, numbers in real time report will match the numbers in IB/OB report. 150 number of dropped calls in real-time report and 150 in IB/OB Report.

Step Taken:
1) Optimized and repair MYSQL. Didnt find any crashed tables every time.
2) Load on the servers is just fine.

Any suggestions what else to look into?

Thank you.
