Logged-In Ingroups Getting Removed Automatically

Postby Ikram_Ali » Wed Aug 31, 2022 8:03 am

Hi,
I Hope all good...!!!

Please advise on one issue which is very weird.
Some agents logged-in for an inbound campaign having multiple ingroups.
For which we made the settings like
In User:
Agent Choose Ingroups: 0
Inbound Groups: Selected all respective ingroups (so that agents dont see any ingroups in which they need to login at the time of agent login).
This was running very well since 2-3years but from last 10 days i seeing a very weird issue.
The logged-in ingroups are getting removed from agents which were already logged-in and taking calls. I can see by clicking on the +- button on realtime.
So in this case, inbound calls not landing to any of the agents and calls dropping.
Can you please advise on the same...
I already checked the crontab and it seems to be good.

Thanks for your response carpenox.

Yes, it was sorted out now, actually, there was someone who was removing the in-groups manually, so after changed the password, issue resolved automatically.
