This will vary widely on (but not limited to) your data quality, volume of data available, time of day you're calling, CLI reputation and carrier connection.
Some countries have limits on the number of times you're permitted to attempt a call to customer in a day or 24 hour period.
Just bear in mind though that resetting a list every hour if no safeguards are in place to prevent repeated calls in a short space of time is likely to piss people off and create complaints to carriers about spam calls risking you losing your service from the carrier even if it's not prohibitted by law in the country you're dialing.
