block alternate numbers after customer contact

Hello, how can I block calls to alternative numbers when there is a customer contact or a sale? we are associating the alternative numbers to the vendor_lead_code field

You could create a script to which you pass the lead_id and vendor_lead_code to upon DISPO of a sale status, the script could then set all other leads with the same vendor lead code to another non-dialable status upon disposition of a sale.
Although I think there's maybe another way already built in in light of the MULTI LEAD and EXTENDED options, have you checked the documentation for those sections to see if it's automatically handled if that's what you're using?

hello jamiemurray, thanks for answering, I am using the multi_lead option but when disabling a list and the vendor_lead_code exists in the new active list, the independent number that the lead is marked as Customer contact is also called again

Yeah so my suggestion above is still how I'd tackle that.
The idea would be to check if the dispo is customer contact or sale. If so you'd then want to update all leads except the one firing the script since it will have the dispo from the agent with the same vendor_lead_code (and possibly only within lists within the same campaign) to a status that is not dialable. This could be the same dispo as selected by the agent or whatever you like.
I'm not saying that's the only way to go about it, I'm just saying how I would address this.
