WEB PANEL & DB Server perfomance report

Hello all I have a cluster with Web panel a Database each one in a single box and I can´t enable Server performance stadistics.

Right now my VARactive_keepalives (database and web panel box) in /etc/astguiclient.conf is 89E and the option System Performance in Servers is Y, but in the report not reflect any stadistic result

Active Agent Server N, Active Asterisk Server N and Active in N too.

For the asterisk all ok

Is it necessary enable the features Active Asterisk Server N and Active to see staditics in the report or I am making a bad configuration?
