Agents receive Voicemail from press one campaign

Installation in clusters

Hi, I created a press one blaster campaign with these settings:
Routing extension: 8366
Survey DTMF Digits: 1
Survey Method: extension(I set a mobile number)
Survey No-Response Action: OPTIN

The problem is that the number set in the Survey Xfer Extension receives Voicemail messages, that's not supposed to happen since you have to press 1 for the call to be transferred.

Can I do something to avoid this?

You could set up an ingroup for the transfer then create an on hook remote agent (the mobile number) in that ingroup. You'll need the ring timeout set to less than the time it takes for a call to go to voicemail. This would give you the benefit of setting a failover destination if the mobile is unreachable or adding multiple users to take the survey transfers.

The alternative would be to disable the voicemail on the mobile so it never intercepts the call.
