Logout Script - ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl Not running

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl this piece of script is not running and also not showing in screen -ls output.
while using /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_timeclock_auto_logout.pl --debugX, showing no error output/cause
