DIAL LEVEL in REAL time note same in RATIO

I have new vicidial installation

The DIAL LEVEL in realtime is alwyse lower than the DIAL LEVEL in company configuration , the same ratio and configuration in other server ( old VERSION: 2.14-858a BUILD: 220513-0819 ) work fine , so we have the same level in Real time and in company configuration ,
I cheked al other parameters all are the same in company configuration !?

so where is the probleme ?

You are probably looking at the real-time Main Report. Which I think is an average of all active campaigns. Try turning off all other campaigns and see how it changes, or select only the campaign you are looking for, or try the realtime campaign summary.
