Someone told me if the VICI phone shows "Registered" this means your calls are all showing up as spam or the previous call showed up as spam?
Can someone confirm if this is true or which one it is?

That is not true, those two things have nothing to do with each other.

If the VICIphone display shows "Registered", it means that the agent phone is registered to the VICIdial server, that's it.

Does anything use country_code like any scripts or timezone checks or anything? or is it mostly just for our info. like to make a filter off or something?

Here in the USA, we have regulations about calling mobile phones, and there are phone number filtering services(with scripts that do this built-in to VICIdial) that can flag mobile phones in your VICIdial system that mostly use the country_code field. Other that this, there really aren't any default uses for the field. Yes, we have a number of clients that use country_code for internal filtering.
