Hi, I would like to ask your opinions regarding SIP Carrier. Is it a must that a SIP carrier must have a FQDN? and is it must also has SSL? Thank you for your response.

What exactly are you trying to do? Most carriers have a fully qualified domain name(FQDN) and SSL but thats kind of irrelevant considering the transport for secure transmission is done server side before it gets sent to your VoIP provider thru SRTP or SIP packets via an IP address along the 7 layers of transport before it reaches its destination. Does this have to do with the PTA IP whitelist crap going on right now?
