What's the documents license? Can we redistribute it?

I'd like to request permission to translate this whitepaper to spanish, add our logo at the end as an authorized Vicidial partner and publish it at our website. Is this something we could do?

Sure, as long as the trademark/copyright notice and VICIdial logo remains on the last page, and you don't alter it significantly, what you propose sounds good.
