VIDPROMPT to a specific inbound group

Hello,

Please I want to check if it's something doable with the current version or not, I want to set the VIDPROMPT LOOKUP method then I have the customers' IDs split between agents so if the customer ID for example 123456 will be routed to a specific inbound group, and if ID 1234 then will be routed to another inbound group. not a specific agent but the specific inbound group which includes many agents assigned to this group.

That is not currently a feature, although we have programmed similar AGI script for clients to route based on account number groups before, so this is possible, but not something that is easily configurable.

As a side note, your VICIdial version is over 8 years old and has many serious bugs and security holes. I strongly recommend you upgrade to the latest version.
