How to make extension in vicidial?

Maybe a stupid question .. i tried google but not able to find exact answer.
So i am using asterisk 13 and installed latest vicidial on centos 7 from scratch.. while doing some experiments i wanted to create extensions where i can transfer call for playback or survey.. i used extensions.conf file in /etc/asterisk to create new extension so my question is is it possible to create extensions directly in vicidial admin panel?

Yes, you can create extensions and dialplan entries right in the VICIdial admin web screens. Have you read the Manager manual at all?
