Unable to login after setup issue

Hello am having a strange issue after vicidial is set up.
Once I have vicibox on my server, I login as admin
and it says I do not have permission to view some pages
such as add carrier etc.

So I followed the directions from the forum and set all the admin user permissions to 1.
After that when I try to log in, it will not let me log in at all.
Even when I use the password listed in the database dump, change the pw using sql etc
use the same password I remember, I can no longer login to my admin panel.

Does anyone have some insight into this strange issue?

Looks like you enabled "API Only User". If you enabled this when you modified user then you won't be able to login.

If you have database then modify this to 0 and you can login.
