Good morning, I have a question, what would the process of transferring a call to an IVR from an agent call be like? I'm trying to redirect the client to the IVR when I press the transfer call button, but I still can't do it, could someone help me?

A simple way you can do this using only the web interface is set up an ingroup that is always closed or has a 1 second drop time with the afterhours or drop action set to callmenu.
Allow transfers to that ingroup from the campaign your agents are in.
Now the agents can transfer to your newly created ingroup and the call will immediately redirect to the callmenu.
