Custom Fields and Remote Agent

Hello,

I have added custom fields to a list and was able to import leads that included values for the custom fields.

If the agents are remote (using vdremote.php), how can they see the customer information including the custom fields during a call ?

The "vdremote.php" Remote Agent screens were designed years before Custom List Fields existed, so they currently do not have the ability to use Custom Fields. I'm sure it could be added, but it would not be a small project.
