Missing Dial Prefix on Campaign

Hello
I noticing something missing on the last setup i did.

Manual Dial Prefix and Dial Prefix on campaign are missing as fields.

How are we supposed to map to campaign to a dialplan?

Dial Prefixes are now User-permission fields. Is this a new install or did you perform an upgrade recently?

Oh i didnt know that.Yeah this is a new install. I made the change on the database directly instead.
