Vicidial Dialing local time rules

Hello,

I have a client that specifically wants to dial provinces in Canada base on per Provincial calling time rules. Below are the local time rules that they want to dial in a single outbound campaign:

Inbound Calls
No restrictions, everybody should be allowed to call into our lines at any time. The only thing needed to be set up is if no agents are logged in then the call would go to the general voicemail on any of our inbound lines or to an agent’s voicemail if someone enters their extension.

Outbound/Manual Calls/Dialer Calls Calling Times
Provincial Rules:
No outbound calls in Newfoundland before 8:00am and after 9:59pm.
No outbound calls in Prince Edward Island before 8:00am and after 8:59pm.
No outbound calls in Prince Edward Island on Sunday.
No outbound calls in Nova Scotia before 8:00am and after 8:59pm.
No outbound calls in Nova Scotia on Sunday.
No outbound calls in New Brunswick before 7:00am and after 8:59pm.
No outbound calls in New Brunswick on Sunday.
No outbound calls in Quebec before 8:00am and after 7:59pm.
No outbound calls in Manitoba before 7:00am and after 8:59pm.
No outbound calls in Manitoba on Sunday.
No outbound calls in Saskatchewan before 8:00am and after 8:59pm.
No outbound calls in Saskatchewan on Sunday.
No outbound calls in Alberta before 7:00am and after 9:59pm.
No outbound calls in Yukon before 7:00am and after 8:59pm.
No outbound calls in Yukon on Sunday.
No outbound calls in Nunavut before 7:00am and after 8:59pm.
No outbound calls in Nunavut on Sunday.
No outbound calls in Ontario before 7:00am and after 8:59pm.

I found a setting container called "TIMEZONES_CANADA" but I'm not quite sure how to use, utilize or if its going to be helpful with this requirements. How can I achieve these requirements with local time dialing? Or if theres a filter that can anybody kind to share it would be much much appreciated.

I believe that container is only for scheduled callbacks

For state or province based outbound calling time ruls you would want to add state call times and enable them for each of the local call times that you use in your campaigns.

how about adding a multiple "state call time rule" to be added in a single call time ?

say 9am to 9pm local time , add FL,AL,CA,etc.. State call time rule. any advice on this ?
