Hello guys I am encountering a issue in dialer which is basically a closer dialer. Its a 100 agent inbound server which are receiving calls from clusters where they're doing predictive dialing and sending calls to the closer dialer through transfer-conf. The setup is done via sip transfer through which fronter dialers are sending calls to closer dialer through sip to sip transfer. It sending calls to closer dialer IP through the trunk which has been setup on the carrier and there is one extension created which is added on closer dialer on the inbound DID and routing to the inbound ingroup and those calls are connecting to agents.

Above is the screenshot of the issue I am facing.

Dialer specifications are

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor | 32 GB RAM | 256 GB nvme | Vicibox 8.0.1 | AST VER : 11.25.3-vici | Vicidial VER : VERSION: 2.14-753a BUILD: 200518-0828

This issue is not constant but its coming time to time in the dialer and it get stuck for at least 30 seconds to 2 minutes while agents are available and not connecting to agents. Need advise one it.

I have checked the database the queries are not getting stuck. Avg dialer load is below 1%

Try updating your server. Tumbleweed is end of life and didn't receive updates any longer.
