Hey guys hopefully this is the correct place for this. I have been slowly learning VICI over the past few months at my current job. I am wondering if their is a way to sort/filter calls by disposition. Currently to pull calls our QA team will have to go to a specific agent, but would be preferred if we could filter by campaign and disposition.

You can setup quality control, enabled in system settings
