I have 5 reps. Each rep has their own Ingroup for their extension in the call menu. When each rep logs in, they can see ALL ingroups to select to see the calls for in queue. I cannot find where the setting is to make it so that the reps can only see their own Ingroup, and only select their own ingroup instead of having a choice to select all of them. Any idea where this setting would be or how I go about only allowing each rep ID, to only see the ingroup assigned to their extension?
Thank you

youd have to set them on their own usergroups as well and assign the ingroup to each user group

That sounds reasonable. So I have to create a new usergroup for salesrep Chris, that would be usergroup: Sales - Chris, then go to the ingroup for Ingroup-Chris, and change what exactly?

I don't know if I'm missing something, but the user group setting just allow you to restrict campaign access, so you need to control assigned specific campaign to the users and then allowing on each campaign the corresponding in group

We usually recommend in cases like this, disabling the agent's ability to choose their own in-groups and just selecting which in-groups you want each user to have in each User's "User Modify" screen.

you can also assign the user to the ingroup and within each user permissions select choose ingroup = 0,

I changed the individual setting under "user modify" to only checkmark their named ingroup only. I went to the usergroup they belong to and only checkmarked for that usergroup to have access under "Allowed User Groups:" to that group only. Not "ALL-GROUPS".
I then went to the REP's settings and changed the "Agent Choose Ingroups" to 0 as recommended by @carpenox. This was the crucial step.
All of these together worked flawlessly. Thank you!
