Agent Api Export sales

Hello guys,

I just red throu the agent api - but i cant see any command for an export with specifid status like sale.

is there any possibility to for a querry and export (to our database) daily / or per hour / over a cronjob. now we make export and import manually.

it works but an automatic solution over the api would we be nice.

We usually recommend using the "Automated Reports" along with the "Export Calls Report" for that.

well - i dont know how to find Automated Reports in the system ..

Go to Admin -> System Settings and set "Enable Automated Reports" to '1', then submit. After that, you will be able to go to the Admin -> Automated Reports screens and set up Automated Reports.

Have you read the Manager Manual yet?

You must also enable the permission on your user for automated reports after you enable it in system settings
