ring for inbound calls

Hi,

I would like hear a tone or a ring when inbound calls incoming but I can hear anything and only a popup appears at the bottom of the page. Is it possible to set a ring or something? It would be important to be aware of incoming calls when the operator is not active in others calls.

thanks but the problem is that I can only hear the ring after answering the call. I need to hear the ring before answering the inbound call. Is it possible?

you can setup a sound notification when the call enters the ingroup using the non agent api
