CID GROUP FEATURE TO WORK IN INBOUND_MAN AUTO DIAL NEXT

Hi I'm new to this forum if my post violates any rules of this community please delete this.

I have a campaign that is Dial Method = INBOUND_MAN.
And we wanted the CID Group feature on the admin settings to work with the 'Dial Next Number' button and also when the system auto dial the next number.
But we don't want the CID Group feature to work when making a 'Manual Dial' call, we are happy with Manual Dial CID = AGENT_PHONE.
Is this possible? We have tweaked a lot of settings both front and back of Vicidal with the help of this community any help would really appreciate it , thank you guys.

The agent screen considers the "Dial Next Number" and "Manual Dial" functions to basically be the same things, just with different options, what you describe is not currently an option to set by default. The agent can manually select a "Group Alias" which will set a different CID for one manual dial outbound call at a time, but this requires the agent to select one for every manual dial call.

I'm sure we could add a setting to have "Manual Dial" calls only use a different CID setting, but it would take programming to add, if you would like us to quote adding this, just send an email to <support@vicidial.com> and reference this post and we can go over the details and let you know how much it would cost to add.
