cannot boot to hard drive after vicibox installation

in using this ISO

my installation is straight forward:
-boot to flashdrive
-choose vicibox8
-os install
-choose a partition use the entire disk
-install

after that reboot, remove the drive

when booting its just plain nothing the server cannot boot to the drive, i placed my hard drive at the first but still nothing, please i really need help, am i doing something wrong? have i missed something in the installation?

Depending on the previous OS, it is sometimes necessary to remove all partitions from the drive with a linux utility .iso before you begin. (And then power down, and verify that the partitions are really gone by booting the utility again and checking)

Or consider using a different vicibox .iso. Partitioning is sometimes tricky, and using an older .iso installer on a hard drive that may have a newer partition stuck in it could be the issue.

You should post the actual error message from the boot screen. Or the entire boot sequence. There may be a hint.

Why are you using 8.0.1 rather than a later .iso? (Sometimes this information sheds light on the situation).
